We have decades of experiences negotiating small, medium and very large buying and selling scenarios. We’ve negotiated domestically and internationally, we’ve negotiated with the United States Government, with foreign customers and suppliers, with domestic customers and suppliers, for standard market-based commodities, for highly engineered ‘one-off’ products and everything in between.

We understand that every single negotiation is unique and the strategy needs to be tailored to the situation. There is no ‘one size fits all’ or ‘magic bullet’, there is only collaboration with the stakeholders to create value, expand the negotiation envelope and work together to achieve success for all parties. This almost always means that both parties can achieve the results that they wanted and have a successful relationship in the future.
